About Us
She Leads Texas is designed to unite influential Christian women in monthly gatherings known as She Leads Circles. These circles are led by regional directors and foster relationships, civic engagement, and spiritual growth among Texas women in leadership. This movement seeks to fill a unique space—offering leadership enrichment, community, and prayerful support from a Christian worldview, while encouraging women to walk boldly in their God-given callings in both the public and private sectors.

Michelle Robinson-Halverson
EXECUTIVE STATE DIRECTOR - SHE LEADS TEXAS
Michelle Robinson-Halverson is a powerhouse communicator, visionary strategist, and transformational leader with over 25 years of experience empowering others to live intentionally and lead authentically. As a best-selling author, media producer, business strategist, and founder of multiple platforms, she helps people rise from pain to purpose and reclaim their God-given identity. She is the creator of SHINE Like a B.O.S.S., a national leadership movement and book series that equips purpose-driven leaders to build others, sow into their calling, and serve their communities. Michelle also founded and served as Editor-in-Chief of Shine Magazine, an award-winning publication that reached over 40,000 readers and was distributed nationally through Barnes & Noble, Borders, and independent retailers. Michelle has written more than 10 influential books, including God Crazy, Overcoming the Seven Deadly Emotions, The You Plan, and the Freedom Series. Her popular 8-week video course, Live Again, has helped thousands of women navigate divorce and find wholeness. Her next book, BREAKTHROUGH, Your Battle Plan to Slay Giants, Move Mountains, and Fight with Grit and Grace, releases November 2025. A gifted platform builder and communicator, she has hosted and co-produced SHINE with Michelle on the INSP Television Network and The Mom Connection on Salem Radio. She has spoken at churches, conferences, corporate events, and led leadership intensives nationwide. From 2018 to 2021, she served as Chief Counsel and Strategist for Promise Keepers. Today, she is the State Director of She Leads Texas, part of the national She Leads America network, empowering Christian women to lead in faith, government, business, education, and media. She lives in Fort Worth, Texas, with her husband James. Together, they share a blended family of seven adult children and two grandchildren. Her greatest passion is helping others live whole, walk in freedom, and SHINE in every season.

Melanie Jones
CHAPTER LEADER - FRISCO
Melanie Barrios Jones is a dynamic force of advocacy, leadership, and compassion. A proud resident of Frisco, Texas since 2015, Melanie spent over a year searching for the ideal community for her family after her husband’s company announced a relocation. Her decision to plant roots in Frisco was driven by one key factor—its exceptional public school system. Originally from New York, Melanie brings a rich blend of cultural diversity, grit, and warmth to everything she does. She and her husband Eric have been married for 35 years and are the proud parents of Nicole (30), her husband Matthew, and Chad (17), who has special needs. It was Chad’s journey that first sparked Melanie’s deep and ongoing commitment to advocacy—not just for her own child, but for all students, educators, and school staff who deserve an equitable and inclusive learning environment. Her heart for service doesn’t stop at education. Melanie is a passionate supporter of Texas Great Pyrenees Rescue, where she volunteers and fosters dogs, and she actively contributes to Operation Underground Railroad (OUR Rescue)—an international nonprofit working to combat child and human trafficking. She also supports small businesses and is an engaged member of various professional organizations. Melanie is known for her unwavering dedication to family. She has never taken a vacation without her children and cherishes time spent cooking, entertaining, and connecting with others. Whether she's advocating at a school board meeting, curating custom luxury gifts for her clients, or rescuing a dog in need, Melanie shows up with energy, empathy, and excellence. Her life is a reflection of core values: faith, family, freedom, and fierce advocacy. She is the kind of leader who brings both heart and strategy to the table—always looking for ways to uplift others, create lasting impact, and make the world a little better than she found it.

Jen Leney
CHAPTER LEADER - MID CITIES
Jen joined the 6 Stones family with 20 years of experience in Executive leadership for Volunteers of America and Christian Community Action. Jen fully believes that everything God has allowed her to learn while serving in these ministries, coupled with a decade in Corporate America, will be used to serve our neighbors in the HEB community with excellence and compassion. Jen's passion is to help people achieve their full potential while utilizing their God-given gifts to improve the world around them. Jen married her college sweetheart, Chris. Together they are raising their daughter Sydney who just received a full ride to pursue a Master Degree at Oklahoma University. In her free time, you can find Jen using her skills as a licensed minister, running, cycling or training her VERY energetic dogs!

Yvette López
CHAPTER CO-LEADER - MID CITIES
Yvette López is a dynamic leader with expertise in organizational change, leadership development, and process optimization. With over 20 years of experience in program management and operational excellence, she has consistently delivered impactful results by reducing inefficiencies and maximizing resources. As Chief Empowerment Officer of Development Culture LLC, a coaching and consulting firm focused on strategic planning and project design, she drives transformative change and enhances productivity. Fostering a culture of development, she designs innovative programs and tools that help individuals achieve balance, growth, and purpose in their personal and professional lives. Her human-centered approach has been instrumental in promoting continuous learning and the development of process improvement systems and change management strategies. She is also President of Dev Culture Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to educating, uplifting, and empowering minority communities, particularly women, youth, and Latino immigrants. Yvette has spearheaded significant initiatives, including creating the first-ever Hispanic Heritage Festival in Grapevine, Texas—Celebra Grapevine— promoting cultural celebration and community unity. Her career includes prominent roles in international affairs, such as Director of International Projects at Daytona State College and Liaison Officer for the U.S. Department of Defense at USSOUTHCOM. Additionally, she served as an Advisor to the President of the Dominican Republic for a decade, during which she developed an innovative community college project that has graduated over 30,000 students—transforming lives and expanding access to education. A Florida Bar member and certified mediator, Yvette holds degrees and certifications in Criminology, Law, Lean Six Sigma, and Strategic Planning. Her commitment to innovation and empowerment has left a lasting legacy of growth, opportunities, and meaningful transformation in every community and organization she serves.

Jessica Konzen
CHAPTER LEADER - AUSTIN
Jessica Konzen is a charismatic academic and captivating storyteller, who could sit at the feet of Jesus studying the historical context of Scripture. With a deep love for the Word and a unique gift for communication, she brings the Bible to life in ways that resonate across generations and backgrounds. She is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity with a concentration in Biblical Studies at Regent University, where she also earned a Bachelor of Science in Biblical and Theological Studies with a minor in Communications. Jessica’s ministry background is rich and diverse, including two years of Bible college leading to national ordination, church planting twice over, and serving in various roles such as executive pastor and church staff. Jessica currently serves as a workplace chaplain with Corporate Chaplains of America, where she ministers to over 800 employees across nine Central Texas companies. In this role, she brings compassionate care, spiritual direction, and the presence of Christ into workplaces. She also serves as an assistant pastor at The Refuge Church in Georgetown, Texas, alongside her husband, and functions as the primary prophetic voice within their congregation. She is the founder of Released to Be Wild, a ministry birthed from Isaiah 61:4: “They shall build up the ancient ruins; they shall raise the former devastations; they shall repair the ruined cities, the devastations of many generations.” Released to Be Wild exists to empower breaking free from societal norms, walking away from labels, and living wildly unleashed in our true identity for Jesus. She is also the co-director of the Austin chapter of She Leads Texas, a branch of She Leads America—a national movement that empowers Christian women to lead with grit, grace, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Beyond her academic and ministry work, Jessica is a sought-after speaker, avid runner, and devoted dog lover. But her most cherished roles are being a mom to three incredible children and wife to her amazing husband. Whether she's preaching, mentoring, or just being a mom, Jessica leads with authenticity, passion, and desire to see others walk in the fullness of God's purpose.

Brandy Rangel
CHAPTER LEADER - SEGUIN/NEW BRAUNFELS
Brandy Rangel is a pastor, speaker, and faith-centered leader with more than 19 years of dedicated ministry experience. She faithfully served in Colorado in Children’s and Youth Ministry, where she poured into the next generation—discipling, mentoring, and building strong biblical foundations in young lives. Those years shaped her pastoral heart and deep commitment to restoration and truth. Out of both calling and personal testimony, Brandy became passionate about advocacy. For the past five years, she has served as a domestic violence advocate, standing alongside survivors as they rebuild their lives. As a survivor herself, she ministers from a place of authenticity and compassion. In the last year, she has also expanded her advocacy to include human sex trafficking awareness and survivor support, bringing faith, hope, and practical resources to those seeking freedom and healing. Recently transplanted to Texas, Brandy, alongside her husband Joachim Rangel, founded Brandy Rangel Ministries, where she serves as President and Pastor and Joachim serves as Vice President. The ministry exists to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ, restore lives through biblical truth, and provide faith-driven social support services that uplift individuals and communities. Their mission is rooted in both proclamation and practical care—preaching the Word while serving real needs. Brandy carries a strong evangelistic call and has traveled internationally to share the Gospel, including ministry work in Greece and Turkey. Whether speaking locally or abroad, her message remains consistent: Jesus restores, truth heals, and purpose is always within reach. Brandy is the newly appointed Chapter Leader of She Leads Texas–Seguin, part of a statewide network cultivating Christian women leaders who are rooted in biblical truth and advancing Kingdom influence across government, business, education, and community life. She is a devoted wife and proud mother of four adult children. Outside of ministry, Brandy enjoys crafting, traveling, and most of all, spending quality time with her family.

Shaleana Eubanks-Worlds
CHAPTER CO-LEADER - SEGUIN/NEW BRAUNFELS
Shaleana “Shay” Eubanks-Worlds is a certified life coach, community strategist, entrepreneur, and international evangelist whose leadership reflects bold faith and measurable impact. For more than 25 years, she has led transformational initiatives that have helped nonprofit and NGO organizations move from financial crisis to million-dollar sustainability. Shay is widely recognized for building strategic bridges between faith communities and government agencies at the federal, state, and local levels. Her work has helped launch community clinics, assisted living facilities, K–12 and vocational schools, mental health services, grocery initiatives, and university partnerships—bringing millions of dollars in funding and life-saving resources to underserved communities. She is the founder of House of Healing, Inc., a global nonprofit committed to transforming lives through education, health initiatives, psycho-social support services, and faith-based outreach. Through programs such as the Interrupted by God podcast and the Love on Purpose Project, she empowers individuals to grow spiritually, build healthy relationships, and live with intentional purpose. Her international ministry work includes Gospel outreach and women’s health training initiatives across Africa and the Caribbean. Building on her humanitarian and faith-based work, Shay expanded her impact into the marketplace by establishing NestWise Solutions, LLC. As Chief Business Strategist, she equips churches, developers, and businesses to align profit with purpose through strategic planning, capital readiness, and social impact investing—turning vision into sustainable value. She was recently appointed Co-Lead of She Leads Texas – Seguin, part of a statewide network cultivating Christian women leaders who are rooted in biblical truth and advancing Kingdom influence across government, business, education, and community life. A lifelong learner, Shay holds degrees in Business Management, Counseling, and Psychology and is a PhD candidate in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial Organizational Psychology. She enjoys reading, research, travel, and spending time with her adorable dog, Coco.

LORI KEY
CHAPTER LEADER - ARLINGTON
Lori Key is a passionate leader, pastor, and community advocate with over 17 years of ministry and nonprofit experience. Known for her authentic, relational leadership and deep faith, Lori has served in diverse spaces—including inner-city outreach, homelessness, reentry (pre- and post-incarceration), human trafficking, substance abuse recovery, domestic violence support, and racial reconciliation—meeting people in real places with real hope. As Chapter Director of Safe Families for Children DFW, Lori mobilizes churches and communities to surround families in crisis with practical support, meaningful relationships, and lasting connection—helping keep children safe and families together. She carries a deep conviction that transformation happens in relationship, and her leadership reflects a commitment to walking alongside families as they experience restoration, healing, and renewed strength. Her impact extends globally through mission work in Brazil, West Africa, and Kenya, and through key leadership roles including Director of True Faith Community, Housing Leader of Esther House, Director of the Reentry Second Chance Program for Tarrant County Jail and the Federal Bureau of Prisons, and Director of Programs with AmeriCorps VISTA RSVP. Lori is known for building sustainable programs, developing people, and stepping boldly into spaces where hope is needed most. An ordained elder and Associate Pastor at Renewed Life Church, Lori serves alongside her husband, Greg, investing in their congregation and community with intentionality and joy. She holds a B.A. in Christian Ministries with a concentration in Leadership, an A.A. in Criminal Justice, and paralegal studies credentials. Outside of her leadership and ministry work, Lori and Greg love to travel—especially road trips—and enjoy spending time in South Florida, her hometown, surrounded by family, friends, and the water.
