Ladies, what an honor it is to serve you as a State Director for She Leads Texas.
Every time we gather—whether in a small room, a large event, or a simple monthly meeting—my heart is that you meet a new friend, have a need met, and leave encouraged. You are not just attendees; you are sisters, leaders, and women called for such a time as this.
Our Chapter Directors are here to serve you with excellence and humility. Each one of them carries a beautiful heart, a deep desire to make a difference, and a passion to empower women to rise with courage, wisdom, and purpose. We don’t step into these roles for titles—we step into them because we carry a mandate to lead with strength, compassion, and conviction.
As women, we are the gatekeepers—
Gatekeepers of our homes.
Gatekeepers of our communities.
Gatekeepers of influence in this nation.
Every act of generosity, every conversation that brings hope, every woman you uplift—it all matters. Any way we can give back, change a life, or make another person smile is a blessing, and it marks the world around us.
And ladies, this is where my Breakthrough message comes in.
Because leadership doesn’t come from perfection—it comes from resilience.
From showing up even when life is heavy.
From fighting battles we don’t always talk about.
From choosing faith over fear and courage over comfort.
Breakthrough happens when you fight with grit and stand in grace.
Grit is your strength—your refusal to quit.
Grace is your covering—God’s empowerment to do what you could never do alone.
Here in She Leads Texas, I believe God is raising up a bold, spirit-filled sisterhood of women who lead with both:
Women who fight for their families.
Women who pursue their purpose.
Women who walk in honor, wisdom, and divine strength.
Women who encourage each other to BREAK THROUGH every barrier the enemy tries to build.
So as you read this newsletter, as you attend our gatherings, and as you step into the call God has on your life—
Remember this: You were created to lead. You were created to rise. You were created for breakthrough.
Together, we will build, strengthen, and empower women across this great state—with grit, grace, and the unshakeable belief that God still moves mountains.

This isn’t just a gala—it’s a benefit event with purpose, raising support for two powerful missions:
✨ She Leads Texas
Equipping, empowering, and activating women to lead with courage, conviction, and Christ-centered influence.
✨ Dream Hope Love Foundation
A new initiative that will be launched through She Leads Texas—created to educate, empower, and pour into young girls across our communities. Dream Hope Love will introduce an 8-week series taught by some of the greatest women leaders—women who have overcome adversity, risen with grit and grace, and found victory through the power and mercy of God.
This program will go into community centers, after-school programs, and churches, giving girls access to role models, mentorship, and biblical leadership principles that shape identity, confidence, and future success.
Dream Hope Love exists to lift, encourage, and provide real-life examples of strong, faith-filled leadership for the next generation of young women in our nation.

The Fifth Annual She leads America Gala honored some incredible Christian Women of Distinction across the United States of America at the beautiful Museum Of The Bible in Washington D.C., Friday, October 10, 2025. It was, once again, an elegant and Spirit-filled affair.
The week began with unexpected challenges - due the government shut down, several venues on Capitol Hill became unavailable. But thanks to the gracious help of Peggy Nienaber and Faith & Liberty, new locations were secured at the Capitol Hill Club and the Faith & Liberty building.
This year's honorees included ten extraordinary Christian women and one remarkable young woman of distinction. Each exemplifies She Leads America's core principles - faith-based solutions for modern-day challenges, the dignity of women, bringing the world back to life, and ethnic harmony.
